What is involved in thsi treatment?
Facial Chemical Peel Treatment is an intense exfoliating process which uses chemical products to remove dead cells on the surface of the skin.
Once the face is cleansed, the peel will be applied to the face with a brush and you will be left to relax for the time required for the peel to take affect.
Depending on the type and strength of you peel, you may feel a burning or tingling sensation.
Once the treatment time has passed, a neutralising solution or wash will be applied to the face to remove the chemical solution from the skin.
Your skin practitioner then may apply cool compress to soothe treated skin and specific cosmeceutical aftercare products such as sun protection will be applied to the face.
